We had a lot of fun creating and then playing games created by partners of the project. We revised vocabulary conected with environment etc.

Ahi Evran Secondary School students participated to the final webinar and expressed their enthusiasm for being a part of the project.  

We made our final webinar. Our students played Kahoot and answered the question of “What is eTwinning for you?” via the Mentimeter. Finally, they valued our project again with the Mentimeter. The final webinar was very fun and exciting. The teachers and the students expressed their feelings and thoughts about the project and wished the project to continue next year.  

  The Script written with student teams of all partner schools:  First, we divided our teachers and students into teams (red, yellow, pink, green team). Then the Pink team created the animated characters with the Plotagon application. The yellow team gave the characters their names. The red team created the table in which the scenario will be written in twinspace. Then, each teacher wrote their sentences with their students' team and the Green team added these sentences to the table.Finally, our animation video was prepared jointly. As most of the schools are in distance education,The animation characters, their names, the creation of a table, and the writing of the script to the table were made during the online meeting with the students.   Our collaborative e-Safety video prepared with the participation of all our partners. First, the students wrote a sentence about the e- safety rule.Then they sang these sentences in rap music style. Finally, all videos were combined into a single video.

  Our joint work that we have prepared for the 22 March World Water Day. Each school team made a collage of 2 letters using the photographs related to the project in their archives.

  All the partner schools created a joint brochure for the Safer Internet Day. As we are 11 partner schools, we wrote 11 e Safety rules on the brochure.We used Canva for creating the brochure jointly. When schools open, we will print the brochure and distribute it to students.

  Joint product of the project. We created this joint video after the brainstorming activity(the causes of environmental problems) with the collaborative work of all the partners. First we created a 'padlet' and asked our students to write the causes of the environmental problems.Then we asked them to vocalize thier sentences by using 'chatterpix'. At last, as teachers, we created this great video together.Each teacher added his/her student's work to the presentation.

  We created the final evaluation of our project using the mentimeter. In our final webinar, we asked our students to rate our project between 1-5. As a result of the scoring, we found that the majority of our students found our project activities useful. Here are the results:

  HAPPY eTWINNING DAY  We celebrated eTwinning day in our final meeting. We asked our students 'What does eTwinning mean to you?' They wrote their answers in the presentation we prepared in the mentimeter application.

  Online games were full of fun! We had such a great time playing them.

  Fatih Gökçe's students: Alihan and Çınar Alihan: We should definitely burn less coal. Because it is one of the major reasons. Çınar: Cars and vehicles create exhaust full of carbon dioxide.So,driving less,using public transportation,walking and cycling can reduce air pollution.

  Fatih Gökçe's students: Bedri and Semih Bedri: We should encourage a more eco-friendly model for our economical activities. Semih: The excessive use of fertilizers is really dangerous for our soil. We should reduce using them.

  Fatih Gökçe's students: Berke and Çağlar Berke: We should not pour chemicals into our rivers. Çağlar: We can reduce water pollution by reducing our plastic consumption.

  R educe,  R euse,  R ecycle – these three 'R' words are an important part of sustainable living, as they help to cut down on the amount of waste we have to throw away. It's  R eally simple! Reduce the amount of waste you produce. Reuse items as much as you can before replacing them. Recycle items wherever possible. You can see the good practices of 3R's conducted by our students.

 

  My student designed a hat. He reused and recycled materials. My students created products from waste materials.

  Güneşli S.S team members explained their opinions to find solutions on environmental issues.

  As the Çatalarık Secondary School team, we created the letters W and O for the Joint work of  the World Water Day.We used the Phinsh app for this work.We would like to thank Ferhan Teacher who completed the work by combining all the letters.

  Çatalarık Secondary School On 21.04.2021,we held a webinar with Prof. Dr. Cansu FİLİK İŞÇEN from Eskişehir Osmangazi University. She informed us about the Environmental Problems and the causes of them. She also gave information about Composting(which is our April topic).

  We held the final webinar. First we shared our final comments about the project and we played kahoot,evaluated our project by mentimeter and celebrated the eTwinning Day. I was a very warm final webinar.

Kinyas Kartal Secondary School students prepared compost. They germinated the beans to grow in the compost they prepared.
